Bristol Mindfulness is a collective of qualified teachers delivering a broad selection of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) courses, retreats and top-up sessions at various locations around Bristol.

Being mindful is something we can all do, it’s actually quite natural and research shows it’s of great benefit to our health and well-being.


However, it takes effort and determination to do this course and to bring mindful awareness into our daily lives.

  1. Join us on Saturday 12th May at St Peter’s Church in Castle Park for a Mass Meditation, which takes place simultaneously with a mass meditation event in Nottingham.  The more the merrier because life is stressful and evidence shows that by taking a little time for ourselves to pause for a while creates space for the joy of life to nurture us all.


  2. The event is supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 so come along with family and friends and enjoy this amazing experience.  There is no charge but grab a ticket to save your spot for the meditation.  Click here for tickets and more information.

Why?

Stress is all around us these days and while it can be really helpful and constructive at times it can also be destructive.  We need a mental toolkit to help us deal efficiently and effectively with life’s challenges.  If you recognise and of these:
